I use this for outdoor automotive work and foundation repair under my house. The black body is stiff and strong, quite comfortable too. It is an excellent design. My only complaint is that the casters bring down the overall performance of the creeper. The ads say, "Wide, flotation-type tread," but these solid tires don't have any tread at all. The are hard plastic, and mostly flat. As a result they don't "float" over surface irregularities like a rounded pneumatic or low-density tire would. On pavement, the creeper gets hung up on air hoses, tools, etc. because of the rigid tires. On dirt, the creeper tends to sink into the ground, again because of the rigid tires. I weigh 160 lbs.

I may end up buying a better set of casters, but for [the money] I expected a top-notch product right out of the box. This is probably the best creeper for outdoor work, but it would be unstoppable if Pegasus had selected better casters.

I was happily surprised at the quality and build with this product and the timely manner in which amazon was able to get it to me. Thick steel and big bolts, more than I expected but it's great! I am glad I paid more than the cheapest one and got a great product.

It was also so easily to install I did it all by myself. Probably even easier with 2 people but me and my friends jack and jack were able to do it in less than 30 mins. I have it on a Honda Pilot and followed the instructions, propped it up, bolted and torqued it and it was ready to go camping the next morning! Very Happy.

This was hands down the best set of side bars you could ask for, and reasonably priced as well. Having a few sets of bars before I know that some are cheaper than others quality wise, but in this case the rampage bars were of very high quality. The steps came with easy to follow instructions and there was no drilling required. It tool me roughly 20 min to attach both to my 04' Wrangler and they look extremely sharp. Glossy black finish and the perfect patch to step on for a dirty boot. They had no problem holding my weight, including myself and another person (about 250 lbs.) I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for side steps for their vehicle.

Installation instructions were clear and easy to follow for a 2003 F250. The track bar nut was impossible to remove in the driveway. Installed with a hydraulic floor jack and jack stands. Be prepared to use something to pull the axle back into place. (Friends in the industry use a frame straightener to get the axle back in place.) We had to use heavy duty ratchet straps tied to a tree on one side and another truck on the other side to get everything in place. It took us (two of us working together) 3 hours to complete. Gave a 4 out of 5 because of no mention about the axle issues.
