I just received this vest and wore it last night on my ride. It's difficult to see from the photo, but this vest has dual adjustable lacings on each side. The leather is very soft and supple and not too heavy. The temp last night got down to around 50 degrees and this vest was perfect. The zippers and snaps are well made and work smoothly. I'm 6'2" with about a 53" chest and 36" waist. I ordered the 2X and when I cinched all the laces closed, without gaps, this vest fit perfectly and the length stops right at the waist so it doesn't bunch up while you ride. If you're a bit fuller at the waist, or a lot, the laces will provide tons of extra room if necessary.
