JEGS Performance Products 60362 Automatic Transmission Cooler Line Kit Review

First off this was the first time I've attempted making my own braided lines. If you're doing a custom application like me or even think you might have engine and tranny in and out a couple times. It's worth putting in these lines. you won't have to worry about bending and kinking lines any more.

They give you more than enough line to get the job done. Leave yourself some extra slack for making mistakes if you haven't done this before. Try assembling a couple practice pieces before going for the final assembly and plan on being stabbed multiple times by the braids. You'll find out why they edit the part of actually installing the line on the fittings in You Tube as well.

One trick I found helpful was wrapping the braids with aluminum tape for duct work. For me it prevented the braids from fraying a lot better than other tapes while cutting. That seemed to be the real trick to assembling the fittings, keeping the braids from fraying while installing on the fitting.
