I would have liked to rate this higher but for well over a hundred dollars I am disappointed with the brightness of the unit, I expected the LED to be at least as bright as conventional strobe type bulbs but it is not even close.In all fairness the LED technology is new and possibly I assumed too much. The quality appears to be as good as any light I have owned in the past and I have owned quite a few in over thirty years as a rural mail carrier in Nebraska, nothing tests them out any better than a hundred and thirty miles of rough country roads! I would recommend if you are in low light situations but if you need this mostly during the day I would look for something brighter.
