Yep that is what they are, and they are OEM, the wife and I had them installed in about 5 min.... I am going to look into replacing the securing screw knobs with hex head screws that will require a tool to move or remove the rails, as the rails could easily be removed by any unscrupulous thief passing by wiht the current knerled knobs...The rails look good and fit well and match the vehicle perfectly...
