Installed this on my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee in about 15 minutes by myself. There are 4 bolts already in the Jeep that you pull out. Lift this hitch up into place and install the 4 bolts. Incredibly simple. My bolts came out just fine using a regular 12" ratchet handle...they're tight but not that tight. I used a breaker bar to get them nice and tight on install. Why not 5 stars? As another reviewer mentioned the hitch comes bare, no box. Mine wasn't perfect but it also wasn't too bad either. As well, it does hang down about 1/4" below the plastic trim on the bottom of the bumper...wish it fit tight to the trim piece. I've posted some pictures of my install.
