I got this for my 2006 Odyssey. The threaded bolt holes on the van were so encrusted with rust/debris that just cleaning them out with lubricant and a wire brush was not enough. I needed to get a 12x1.25mm tap and work it in and out several times per nut, cleaning out the rust each time with some PBlaster. That 12x1.25mm tap is hard to find, so if you have rust you may want to order one along with the hitch, instead of driving all over town like I did.

None of that is the hitch's fault. But it loses a star for the back bolt slots being just slightly off (at least on my 2006 Odyssey), so I had to wedge a crowbar in and bend it outward a bit while starting the bolt - not fun since this is heavy metal.

Once that was done, however, it looks good and feels very solid.
