Brand new (in retail package) polished billet grille(s) insert made from 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum with shinning polished face and black satin powder coating on sides and back. 1 Hardware kit and 1 installation instruction included in package. Each grille is professionally manufactured in our factory with more than 30 years of aluminum products experience. Each grille guarantees a black satin powder coating with a shining polished face. Bolt-over grilles are very easy to install with no cutting and no drilling needed. Most replacement grilles normally let you working DIY within 1 to 2 hours depending on your handyman skills.

06-07 Chevy Malibu SS 2 PC UPPER+BUMPER BILLET GRILLE Review

First let me say that previous customer review is FAKE. This product is NOT easy to install and it's NOT as described. It's advertised that it can be used as a replacement grille or a bolt on. HOWEVER, the top grill can be used as a REPLACEMENT ONLY and the bottom grille can be used as a BOLT ON ONLY. I only had to drill 2 holes and there is no cutting required. It took me and a trained mechanic 4 hours to install the upper and lower grille so hell NO this isn't an easy installation. The garage we were working in was fully equipped and ready for the task. The so called instructions were just 2 paragraphs to describe how to install the upper AND lower grille. There are no pictures just very brief and poorly worded instructions. At one point the hood wouldn't close and lock shut due to the upper grille. We had to adjust the bracket for it and then it was fine but still not exactly a smooth installation. Once the product was installed it did look good, but if the manufacturer took the time and actually created instructions for it I wouldn't have wasted 3 hours of my day today. You have been warned about this product. Installation is NOT for the faint of heart or ill equipped. 1 star for false advertising on a mediocre product! (some parts of the grill had marks on it)
