The first thing I noticed, was the instructions were basically useless. The picture was so dark, it was impossible to see anything. I was going to rely on it because the brackets did not fit correctly. I tried every configuration and could not make them fit without modification, which I was reluctant to do without reassurances that I could return them in the end.
I called tech support, and they emailed me a picture I could see the detail in, and was assured that if I had to modify the brackets, I could return them if required.
During the install, I made modest modifications and made them work. I found the brackets not rigid enough and will be doing a future modification to support the outer end of the bracket so it won't flex back and forth and chafe against the wheel opening doing damage to the paint and plastic.
I have just noticed that my right side flap bracket has broken because of the poor quality of brackets.
Flaps are great, brackets are horrible.
