First thing I liked was the price, this being $70 cheaper on Amazon.com than it was at local stores, if you can find a local store that carries it. I found it for about $199 at Tractor Supply Co., same exact thing. I read the reviews first so wasn't upset that the carrying case did not include storage space for tubes of grease, but it would've been nice if you did get what was pictured, especially for the price.

Even though it's 12V, it has more than enough power to squeeze out the grease, even if you had the gun sitting in a cold garage mid-winter. I found that filling my truck's joints with green grease was exceedingly easier than the last time I had done so with a hand trigger style gun.

When you pick this up and have it in your hand, you know it means business. It doesn't feel "plastic-ey", like it's going to break at any moment. With it resting on my chest, I had ample hose available to reach whatever I needed to reach under my 4x4 truck, which I was thankful for ,given its weight.

No problems whatsoever priming it. They gave all sorts of instructions as to how to prime it if necessary, but I just put the tube in, pushed in the handle in the bottom, and pulled the trigger and a few seconds later grease was kicking out and has kicked out every trigger pull since then.

You can hear the pump cycling through, so there is an audible noise every time it kicks in some grease. This is good since it will enable you to gauge how much grease is going in if you can't see the fitting and are just adding some by feel. Each pump noise equals one full squeeze of a standard grease gun, in my estimation. Each pump is less than a second, so it doesn't take very long either.

Bottom line is, this is an impressive tool. It does what it's supposed to, and it does it well.

GPS Logbook Review

I am self-employed and need all the tax deductions I can get. In the past couple of years, I did a lousy job of keeping a mileage log. I always logged the long business trips, but I blew off the small, daily (and very deductible) trips, like to the post office or bank. Now that I leased a new luxury car, I vowed to keep a detailed log of my deductible(and non-deductible) trips. Of course, reality kicks in and I realize I already have a lousy track record with mileage logs, so perhaps I need to move to Plan B.

I'm happy I found GPS Log Book. So far, the experience has been flawless. I have had GPS Log Book for about one month. I opted to plug the device into the 12 volt outlet in my trunk, rather than in the cigarette lighter outlet, so it is out of my way. I remove it from the trunk about once a week, log into the manufacturer's website, attach it to my computer via USB and it uploads my trips to their website. The three uploads I've done so far went quickly and automatically. Each upload took about 45 seconds. No trouble. No calls or emails to tech support.

Then, on the GPS Logbook website, each trip is shown in a list. I make remarks about various trips, identify the locations I've visited, and mark whether a trip is for business or personal use. The data gathered by the GPS device is then translated into various reports I can download as PDF's. It also superimposes each trip on a Google Map, so I get a graphical view of where I've been.

On a related note: I had to take the new car back to the dealer for a wheel balancing. I always thought they were lying when they said they test-drove cars to make sure I'd be satisfied with the balancing job. Thanks to GPS Log Book, I can report that the dealer did what they said and test-drove the car...twice!

This is the second-ever review I've written for a product I received from Amazon. The last review I wrote wasn't too complimentary, but, for this product, I was so impressed by the thoughtful execution(everything worked, and it worked well!), that I had to write this review only because I rely so much on Amazon's customer reviews and this product stood out as exceptional.

this is perfect for mud, or even tough sand, but if you are on a beach or in the desert, it just plows... no amount of water, angle changing or weight on the thing will get it to just stay there and pull you out... its also really really heavy... carrying it around when going offroading can create quite a mess...

all in all, if you are buying this to get yourself out of a sandy situation, call a friend... its really not worth it.

Otherwise, as an idea it needs some refinement.

I have been painting cars for years so take it from me when I say these guns are garbage! These were supposed to be a top of the line brand.. made in the USA?? Not so anymore.. MADE IN TAIWAN! I guess Devilbliss sold out and took there factories over seas like every one else, and the quality shows it. I got my set on time as I always do (Amazon Prime). Problems are the guns feel very cheap.. I had my doubts but I thought I would give them a try anyway. These shot paint like a garden hose!! Uneven and spiratic.. I could not get a descent fan pattern out of these no matter what adjustments I made. Junk, junk and junk.. I have a set of no name brand guns, (3 different guns in the set), and they lay paint 500 times better than these and they were half the price. This Devilbliss garbage is getting returned!

Although the directions provided from Curt are adequate, I'd recommend letting a professional install the hitch unless you're adept at removing body parts. The tail lights,rear bumper fascia and bumper of the G37 have to be removed. One must also trim the bumper fascia (not visible from above) for a proper fit. The shop I used had two guys on the job for nearly two hours.
