I'll go ahead and say that this product does fit the F150 2000. You'll have to remove the grill completely, its a big install so if you aren't prepared to take it, this may not be the item for you. We had to remove the grill (chrome and plastic) and then mount the headlights then put the bumper on stretching it over the sides (slightly scratched the headlight but not noticible, mainly my fault for going too fast.) I replaced the running turn signal lights with an LED model, along with the top light which was an ugly orange 4100k bulb with an LED bulb that fit directly in. LED's all around, looks absolutely beautiful. Modded it with a dual 10,000K HID kit from kensun and it's insanely bright. For the other comments that say it doesn't fit, it will not fit in unless you take the chrome bumper off first which isn't specified in the instructions. Hopefully this helped you!
