Installed relatively easily - the instructions seemed to be written for an earlier model than my 2011 Pilot, but not so different that it caused any problems. Requires a screwdriver to pop the cover off the end of the rails, and a torx driver to tighten the crossbars.

Look for the small markings embossed in the top of the rails to help you align the cross bars.
