I purchased this set for my 2008 JKU Sahara. It was installed by a certified mechanic who knows what he is doing and immediately found that the ball joint was bound solid. As this is my daily driver and down time is not an option, I was driven to the local NAPA where I found out that the Wranglers assembled in the US have different lower ball joints than the units assembled in Mexico. The lower ball joints supplied in this kit are not compatible with US made units. When they are placed side by side there is no doubt that they are different. Thus far, trying to return these to East Coast Jeeps is proving to be... difficult. They want a picture proving that the joints don't work. How is a person supposed to prove that a ball joint is binding? Re install it and wreck the vehicle then take a picture of that?
