Fits perfect. Once you have truck on lift, 2 people can hold the hitch up and put in the first 2 bolts easily in about 1 minute then you can work on the other 2 bolts (or weld). Instead of fishing wire and drilling the other 2 holes, I had it welded on both sides which can be easily removed later if desired. The welder said the weld was stronger than the bolts and MUCH easier. Total install took 15 minutes. I use mine for a bike rack when pulling travel trailer behind me and it works perfect. You do not need to trim the black plastic piece on the truck. It flexes just a bit but no need to trim at all.
