Class D Topology
A class-D amplifier, or switching amplifier, is an electronic amplifier where all power devices (usually MOSFETs) are operated as binary switches. They are either fully on or fully off. Ideally, zero time is spent transitioning between those two states. In this way, power loss is significantly reduced and making a D class amplifier anywhere from 75% to 95% efficientTo maintain high efficiency, the filter is made with purely reactive components (inductors and capacitors), which store the excess energy until it is needed instead of converting some of it into heat. Some other advantages include reduction in size and weight, reduced power waste as heat dissipation and hence smaller (or no) heat sinks, and reduction in cost due to smaller heat sink and compact circuitry.

This amp is very well buit solid has cooling fans in it doesn't even get warm. Still breaking in my speakers and it shakes the outside mirrors on my Dakota can't wait to turn the amp all the way up. That way i can get it tuned in i am running 4 12s boss chaos wired subs. I don't think anyone will be disappointed with this amp. Update with the four 12s it makes my rear view mirror point to the floor and i've just add 4 10's still breaking them in it's going to be even more insane! Update !! Got my second amp one running each box at 2 ohms now it moves the metal on the door in and out thinking about ordering 2more amps the speakers are rated to handle it so I'm thinking about it will update later.
